Welcome to Unmixed Magazine (“Unmixed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital content, and related services (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All materials on the Site — including articles, commentary, photography, design, graphics, audio, video, logos, and all other editorial or creative content (“Content”) — are the exclusive property of Unmixed Magazine or its contributors, and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may access and view Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Prohibited Commercial Use

No commercial use of the Site or Content is permitted unless you have received explicit written authorization from Unmixed.

Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):

  • Licensing or resale

3. Permissions & Licensing Requests (Industry Standard)

If you wish to:

  • Reproduce Unmixed content

  • Quote portions of articles

  • Use images or videos

  • Translate or adapt work

  • Include Unmixed content in any publication, broadcast, or academic setting

  • Create derivative or critical works based on Unmixed reporting

you must submit a permissions request in advance.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Interfere with the Site’s security

  • Attempt to copy, extract, or archive content

  • Use automated tools to scrape or mine data

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Unmixed

  • Engage in activity that disrupts or burdens Site operations

  • Use the Site for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access at any time.

5. Contributor Rights

Contributors retain the rights to their original work unless otherwise assigned through a written contract.
Unmixed licenses this work for publication but does not permit third-party reuse without the contributor’s and Unmixed’s joint approval.

The Site may contain links to external websites.
Unmixed does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, practices, or policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Unmixed does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unmixed Magazine, its editors, contributors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Errors or omissions in Content

  • Unauthorized use of Content

Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
